OUR SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Please note that selecting 2-Day or Overnight shipping does not guarantee that your order will ship the day it was placed. It does mean that we will give that order special priority and it will be shipped out via that requested Federal Express delivery service. If you have a special requirements as to a delivery date, we suggest that you coordinate with our office to ensure that we can accomodate that requirement.
We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States using Federal Express Ground. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. For orders to Alaska or Hawaii additional shipping charges will apply and other carriers may be considered - please contact us for details at (508) 362-5859, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
